About Secure Solar
Secure Solar provides ongoing solar system monitoring and support services for residential and small commercial solar systems in Australia.
Our services are designed to help identify performance or connectivity issues early and assist customers in addressing those issues.
Secure Solar does not sell, install, or physically repair solar systems.
Scope of Services
Secure Solar’s services may include:
- Monitoring of solar system performance and connectivity
- Detection of faults or underperformance
- Alerts and notifications when issues are identified
- Plain-English explanations and support
- Remote troubleshooting where possible
- Coordination of qualified third-party technicians when required
Services are provided while your subscription is active and monitoring access is available.
No Guarantees on Savings or Output
While Secure Solar aims to help protect your solar investment:
- We do not guarantee energy production levels
- We do not guarantee bill reductions or specific financial savings
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted system operation
Solar system performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, shading, equipment condition, and network connectivity.
Customer Responsibilities
To enable effective monitoring and support, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your solar system
- Grant and maintain access to required monitoring platforms
- Maintain a working internet connection for system connectivity
- Notify Secure Solar of changes that may affect monitoring (such as modem or Wi‑Fi changes)
Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit Secure Solar’s ability to provide services.
Third-Party Technicians
When on-site work is required:
- Payment is up front
- Secure Solar may coordinate qualified local technicians on your behalf
- Technicians are independent third parties, not employees of Secure Solar
- Repair costs are separate from your subscription fees
Where applicable, Secure Solar may assist with billing coordination, but Secure Solar is not responsible for the workmanship or outcomes of third-party repairs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Secure Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Secure Solar is not liable for lost savings, lost revenue, or increased electricity bills
- Secure Solar’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the relevant billing period
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
