Secure Solar is a monthly, auto-renewing monitoring and support service designed to provide ongoing protection for your solar investment.
By subscribing to Secure Solar, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Structure
- Secure Solar subscriptions are billed monthly
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Pricing is based on your system size (kW) and selected plan
- There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitment periods
Your subscription provides continuous monitoring and support services while active.
Billing & Renewal
- Billing occurs on a monthly basis using your selected payment method
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled
- You will receive a renewal reminder 1–2 days before your next billing date
It is your responsibility to ensure payment details remain up to date to avoid interruption of service.
Service Activation
- Monitoring setup begins after successful signup and payment
- You grant Secure Solar permission to connect to your existing solar monitoring account
- Monitoring is typically active within 1–3 business days after setup
Once active, monitoring and support services are considered to have commenced.
Changes to Your Subscription
You may:
- Upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan
- Update your payment details
- Cancel your subscription at any time
Changes can be made through your Secure Solar account or by contacting our support team.
Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Secure Solar subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
- Your current billing month will continue as normal
- Monitoring and support will remain active until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will be applied after that period

Failed Payments & Service Interruption
If a payment fails:

- We may notify you to update your payment details
- Monitoring and support services may be paused if payment issues are not resolved
Service will resume once payment is successfully processed.

In rare circumstances, Secure Solar may suspend or terminate a subscription if:
- Access to required monitoring data is revoked
- Accurate monitoring is no longer possible
- Terms of service are breached
